The Gateway Chapter-NCVA is homeported in St. Louis and covers a radius of approximate 250-300 miles. The region makes contact with eight states and is bounded on the West by Kansas City, Kansas; on the North by Des Moines, Iowa and Chicago, Illinois; on the East by Indianapolis, Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky; and on the South by Memphis, Tennessee and Little Rock, Arkansas while not infringing on other existing chapters. The Gateway Chapter-NCVA was formed in May 2006 and holds an annual meeting in the Spring of each year. The activities consist of the annual meeting as well as social activities over the weekend. Membership in the National NCVA is a prerequisite. No dues are charged for membership in the Gateway Chapter-NCVA.

IAW the Gateway Chapter-NCVA constitution by-laws, the governing body will consist of five (5) elected Directors. The current Chapter Directors and Officer positions are:
